Ar-Ken Football Directors
The PURPOSE of the Ar-Ken Youth Football and Cheer program is to provide an understanding of the game of football by encouraging sportsmanship and building character in the game as well as in their lives.
The MISSION is to teach the fundamentals and rules in addition to the physical, mental and emotional aspects of the game. The Executive Board, Board, Coaches and Coordinators are committed to encouraging a balance of athletics, academics, family, community and fun.
The GOAL is that these young athletes will understand how the Ar-Ken program promotes and develops positive life qualities such as team, self-respect and respect of others, discipline, effort, perseverance and fitness. These will be the qualities that we will instill in our youth to carry with them on the field and throughout life.
